On this day, we express gratitude to each person who trusts our legal work. More than a commemorative date, this is a moment to reaffirm our commitment to ethics, responsibility and empathy in serving our customers. The OAB Code of Ethics guides lawyers' conduct to uphold the dignity of the profession, act with honesty, loyalty, veracity and good faith, always preserving the client's interest with transparency and responsibility. Furthermore, we have a duty to provide clear guidance on the risks and consequences of demands, avoiding unnecessary processes and promoting, whenever possible, conciliation. For us, empathy is not just a virtue, but an essential tool for understanding what the customer feels and needs, even beyond what is said.
