Each year, there is a quota of 300 visas available. The visa application is done online and costs from NZD $420. Most orders are processed within 2 weeks. With this visa, you can work in New Zealand for up to 12 months and study or train for up to 6 months in total. However, accepting a permanent job or working for the same employer for more than 3 months is not permitted. Furthermore, it is not possible to bring children; If the applicant has a partner who wants to go along, they will need to apply for their own visa.
