Overview
By law, the consumer has the right to return products or withdraw from services purchased online, that is, outside the commercial establishment, as long as within seven days, counting from receipt of the product or service or signing of the contract. This right is known as the right of regret and allows the consumer to withdraw from the purchase without the need to justify the reason, and may request a refund of the amount paid and termination of the contract. The product must be returned in perfect condition and the consumer cannot be charged return costs.
